Section 1: Jurisdiction and Scope

1.1. All communications originating from members of the Digital World are governed by the Digital World Communication Protection Act (DWCPA).

1.2. This regulation applies to all digital communications, including emails, messages, and other forms of electronic correspondence, sent under the jurisdiction of the Digital World.

Section 2: Confidentiality and Intended Use

2.1. All communications are classified as confidential and are intended solely for the designated recipient(s).

2.2. Unauthorized actions, including publication, copying, distribution, or disclosure of the contents of such communications by any party other than the intended recipient(s), are strictly prohibited.

Section 3: Violations and Enforcement

3.1. Any violation of this regulation, including unauthorized access, sharing, or misuse of Digital World communications, will result in penalties as determined by the governing body of the Digital World.

3.2. Recipients of Digital World communications are required to report any unauthorized access or misuse to the appropriate Digital World authority.

Section 4: Acknowledgment of Jurisdiction

4.1. By receiving this communication, the recipient acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms of the DWCPA.

4.2. Non-members of the Digital World who receive such communications in error must delete the communication immediately and notify the sender.

This act ensures the confidentiality and protection of Digital World members and their communications, fostering trust and security within the Digital World ecosystem.
