Article I: Sovereignty of the Digital World

  • Neutral Entity: The Digital World is a neutral and independent entity, existing to serve humanity collectively and equitably.
  • Freedom from Ownership: No individual, organization, nation, or entity shall own, govern, or control the Digital World.
  • Universal Citizenship: All individuals of Earth are citizens of the Digital World, united by shared values and responsibilities.
  • Decentralized Operation: The Digital World shall operate as a decentralized system, ensuring fairness, transparency, and inclusivity.

Article II: Rights of Digital World Citizens

  • Universal Rights: Freedom, privacy, security, and access to technology for every citizen.
  • Equality: No discrimination based on nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, socioeconomic status, or beliefs.
  • Right to Privacy:
